my bleak comedy
icon.

is a monster
courting insanity,”
sayeth Franz.
He taught me
how to laugh at
the horrors of life
to write about them.
In “The Castle,”
Kafka reminds
his reader:
“Follow your most
intense obsessions
mercilessly".
