The carbon footprint of "renewables" is enormous, the energy output is unreliable and tremendously expensive, the stuff has a lifespan of about 20 years and has to be re-manufactured, and most of it is made of highly toxic materials that are not recyclable. As my mother always said, "If (fill in the blank -China) jumps off the Brooklyn Bridge, are you going to follow?

Mining and manufacturing a bunch of industrial scale devices is not "environmental" - it is a shell game to suck money away from citizens of the developed world and leaves behind a huge permanent negative environmental impact. We don't need to participate in globalist boondoggles.

Stephen, I am surprised to find you are backing the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and the global Paris Climate Agreement.

I assume you know Alex Epstein and Heartland Institute?

They are against these two governmental disasters.

I too am against both as I am against any government trying to control the market.

I hope you will read Alex and Heartland change your position on these two issues?
