EPA PR can’t help exaggerating the importance of their new EV regulations, even though a broad swath of American drivers don’t agree. EV regulation has been a failure globally.
Unfortunately with West Virginia vs. the EPA ruling will not be able to help as Congress thru the IRA wrote in legislation that gives the EPA power in a way to conform to the Supreme Courts ruling. Which means the only way to fight this is by consumers not buying and keeping their older cars running. With enough economy pain, thru non compliance, will make Congress change the rule-wont relinquish their authority and as long as they keep throwing money at it, demand will continue.
EPA embarrass itself for last decade.
