Did they happen to mention when Dispatchable Emission Free Resources would be invented?

Dispatchable emission free resources still exist in upstate New York. They are the state's large hydroelectric plants and the nuclear power plants. As a nuclear power advocate, the needless shut down on April 30, 2021 of Indian Point Energy Center in Buchanan, New York was an example of poor public policy promoted by special interests receiving economic benefits from the shutdown.

I understand and agree. My comment, and it was not clearly stated; was targeting the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act that calls for more DEFRs to achieve net zero. While planning on zero new hydro or zero new nuclear operations…so whatever so they mean?
