Huge. Removing the out-of-purview elements from legal challenges will benefit every productive element of society.

I'm looking forward to the continued regrettable (but meritless) successful lower court challenges to energy projects getting struck down on appeal enough times to the point where the sue and settle tactics are abandoned, too (hopefully).

The robed elites should have virtually zero say in energy policy.

Yes a good start and now the court has a railcar full of cases- many frivolous claims - coming their way. Hopefully Congress will take a hint and get off their asses and do something worthwhile like make the losers of suits such as this one pay attorneys fees, court costs, and damages to the defendants. Otherwise the leftists and goofballs will continue to abuse the legal system to force their agenda - which is the perpetration of bullshit upon mankind.
