It's a bit sketchy to include hydro with renewables, since while technically renewable, hdro is inherently different from solar/wind in their reliability and long established widespread adaption. Many of the best sites for hydro are already utilized. I an not sure a hydro project like the massive LeGrande project in Quebec could get approved today.
