This should be understandable given that state-own companies are not subjected to the same operations laws and reporting requirements as other nations: United States, Canada, Japan, etc. Think about this, outside international water or global affairs-Norstream pipeline-we don't ever hear of oil spills, or pipeline leaks from state-own companies. You mean to tell me Saudi Ariba, the UAE, Iran, Iraq, Venezuela, and/or Russia does not have pipeline leaks, of course they do we just don't hear about it.
