So what does this mean to the average (or in my case, the ignorant) citizen? I no longer know who the good guys are...up until now, if a democrat is pushing it, reject it outright. I took notice bc I live in Hawaii and Schatz is one of ours. EEI, EPA, CCS...it all sounds globalist to me.
EEI wants proof of concept and proof of scalability of Carbon Capture & Storage before they indorse EPA’s new emissions standard.
