Having been a family doctor, paid by fee-for-service, I always found it mind-boggling that anybody would think that I had time to discuss this sort of political sh*t with my patients, or imagine that my patients would either (a) agree with me or (b) thank me for taking the time. In the throes of a one-on-one conversation about why the patient is sick and what we can do about it today, NOBODY will thank you for telling them that their illness was brought on by climate change and/or that the fix involves a shift in government policy. That the WHO would waste their time cranking out this kind of BS is yet more proof that they have lost their way, are totally useless, and should be disbanded.
