The NMFS has apparently renewed a 20-year-old investigation into a claim that he somehow illegally obtained a sample of whale tissue during the course of one of his environmental advocacy efforts.
We have statutes of limitation and other rules, etc ... in place for a reason. In this case, it was up for over a decade and a half. Do these "people" not follow anything that we (used to) go by? They are a law unto themselves. And they talk about the other side destroying "democracy"!
Kennedy needs to get this story out far and wide!
