It would be interesting to learn how many countries are meeting the targets that they committed to. My understanding is that the answer is zero, but I'm not particularly well-informed.

First of all the UN is a corrupt political organization so putting your Country's security and economic and energy future in their hands is stupid. Secondly the IPPCC data is based on models and models are always wrong, especially when you use the worst case scenario 8.5 temperature to base your decisions on. Thirdly it is a giant grift to strip prosperity and tax dollars from the participating nations citizens to flow to those that have setup the system and their friends. Anybody that questions the perception with empiricism is called names and the grift continues....elites promoting luxury beliefs that are destroying their societies. Climate change is a feature of this planet and we have survived through adaptation not fanatical insistence that we can alter the complex climate system. Its arrogant and ludicrous to even think so! When something this silly comes out you have to ask the important question by those pushing it...what is in it for them?
